Step One

Site Assessment

The first step in our mould remediation process is for one of our technicians to conduct an inspection of your property. During your inspection, we will look to find the cause and extent of the mould growth, as well as provide you with a detailed findings report. The findings could save you thousands in the long run. This first step ensures you receive the right treatment recommendations and only pay for what you need.

Step Two

Moisture and Humidity Readings

The moisture and humidity levels in your home are then measured by our expert technicians. This step utilises professional technology and equipment to identify if your home has the ideal conditions for mould growth and moisture ingress. If so, our technicians will need to address these moisture and humidity levels as part of your remediation plan.

Gerard was so professional and quick to help us when we had water through our house recently. Helped us with everything we needed to know so that mould spores do not grow anywhere that was affected by water. His equipment is of a very high standard and he knows his stuff. Step Three

Mould Removal

After your inspection and readings are complete, we then begin our mould removal treatment. First, all visible mould is then removed from any contaminated surfaces by our highly trained technicians. This is done in a safe, professional and effective manner without causing damage to your walls, ceilings or paint.

David and Rob from Mould Men cleaned one of our air-conditioning units and did an excellent job!! They were very friendly and gave us some great tips on how to prevent the mould from reappearing in future. If you need mould removed from your home I highly recommend this company!

Step Four

Misting Treatment

After all visible mould is removed, the next step is for our technicians to apply our 100% safe, eco-friendly misting treatment. This antimicrobial misting treatment eliminates 99.99% of all airborne mould spores and odours related to mould from your property. This step ensures we remove not just the mould you can see, but also the invisible airborne particles that negatively impact your health when breathed in on a regular basis.

At the conclusion of your treatment, you’ll also receive an easy-to-follow mould management and prevention plan tailored to your home. Our technicians will provide you with detailed guidelines and recommendations to prevent mould from returning and keep your property mould-free!
